The project envisages construction of:
- meat production and meat processing enterprise in the village of Doyrantsi, municipality Kaolinovo, obl. Shumen.
The meat-producing enterprise will have a capacity of 500 pieces. ERD (EPZ) / per year with an average live weight of 322 kg per animal, of which 76,475 kg / year will be sold as carcass on the market. The capacity of the meat processing plant will be 32,513 kg / year of boneless carcass meat, of which 29,335 kg. beef and 3,178 kg. pork.
The company will produce the following products: beef carcass, durable cooked-smoked sausages, raw-dried smoked sausages, raw-dried sausages, raw-dried delicacies, sazdarma, minced meat and minced meat preparations and beef cuts.
The main goal of the new company is to diversify production, introduce new products, processes and production technologies. Farm-raised calves that are fattened and not left for milk production will be used in processing. This will result in a low unit cost of the final product. The ability to trace and control the food chain from grain and feed, through cows to the final meat product will be a guarantee of high quality products and its market success.
The equipment will be as automated as possible, which will contribute to the continuity of the process and achieve high quality of the final product, low waste, and hence optimal production efficiency. The high energy class of the machines will further contribute to reducing the cost of production. The treatment plant will contribute to environmental protection and compliance with European standards.
