The current project proposal is for the construction of a 153 kWp photovoltaic plant for the production of electricity required for the pork and beef processing production process. The products that are laid out in the business plan according to the technology plan require a significant amount of electrical energy, with the increased prices of electrical energy in recent years, the production is significantly more expensive and becomes more and more difficult to realize on the market. Installed power of 153 kWp is sufficient for the production of raw - dried pork and beef delicacies. The determined power is based on the existing machines, equipment and refrigeration installations, which are the main consumer of electricity.
