Description

The object of the investment proposal is "Delivery and installation of an automated system for drip irrigation, precise fertilization, climate monitoring of greenhouse raspberries and an autonomous photovoltaic system for powering the irrigation system".
Irrigated area of ​​20 decares of greenhouses.The construction of a fully automated pumping station is required for the functioning of the irrigation system and ensuring the necessary parameters of the water flow. The irrigation water supplied from the pumping station needs to be purified to the level of 130 microns, according to the water purity requirements, for drip irrigation, for which purpose a filter group is used.
The transfer of the water after the filter group to the drip irrigation is by means of a pipe network of PE (polyethylene) pipes.
The selected drip irrigation model with external drip generators has the following characteristics: Diameter of the polyethylene pipe 20mm,  Resistance to UV rays; Flow rate of the dropper: 1.6 l/h; pressure compensating with anti-drainage function; Distance between droplet generators: 0.25 m;Working pressure: 0.5 – 3 bar; Number of lines with drip irrigation for 1 row – 2 pcs.
 A specialized controller for irrigation and precision fertilization manages the irrigation process by controlling an irrigation pump and automated hydraulic valves.Control over the latter is carried out wirelessly by means of "remote control modules". The controller allows the construction of individual irrigation strategies by time or flow rate with an unlimited number of start times for individual irrigations.
For electricity powering the pumps of the existing pumping station, a booster pump to power a food node and a controller for irrigation and fertilization, which are (the water-saving technology) the use of an Autonomous Mobile Photovoltaic Battery Irrigation System, with a nominal power of 60 kW, which will be located on a two-axle mobile platform and will be used only for own needs.
