The applicant's farm is located on the land of the town of Teteven, Teteven municipality, Lovech district. The farmer has two properties, both of which are his property. One property with an area of 2,680 decares is currently used as a meadow. The second property has an area of 15,083 decares. Of these, 8,000 decares are currently suitable for agricultural production, and plums are planted on them. The rest is currently unsuitable for agricultural production, as it has a special relief and a passing gorge, but part of it can be cleaned in the future and brought to a state suitable for agriculture, as it was in the past. This is the goal of the farmer, namely to clear and improve at least 2 decares of this area and there to carry out part of the planned increase of the farm by planting plums. The other part of the increase of the farm Bozhidar intends to make is on the property of 2.68 decares, which currently has the status of a meadow. Most of the plums are in the fruiting period, but there are also young and still unfruitful trees. Plums are grown by conventional methods and under non-irrigated conditions. The farm does not have specialized agricultural buildings or specialized agricultural machinery, and external services are used for agro-technical activities. The activities and organization of the farm are carried out by the farmer.
