Within the common European market and given the full membership of Bulgaria in the European Union for MATI EOOD is essential to achieve high quality agricultural product at low production costs allowing to achieve high competitiveness in the market MATI EOOD is a farmer who breeds mullet the land of the village of Karavelovo. The main activity of the farmer is the breeding of mular ducks for liver production. At the moment the farm has 5000 units. mular ducks. To achieve the goal, namely to increase the competitiveness of the livestock market, the representative of MATI Ltd. intends to apply with this project for the construction of a livestock farm - duck farm - expansion with buildings for suffocation, liquid manure tank and construction of administrative building with sanitary and hygienic filter and porter under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020. The aim is to improve the activity of the agricultural holding , its growth, increasing competitiveness through the modernization of production conditions, contributing to the production of high quality products at low cost. The implementation of the investment set in the project proposal is a prerequisite for improving productivity in agriculture.

СМР дейности във връзка разширяване на животновъдно стопанство: В рамките на тази дейност се избра изпълнител и се сключи предварителен договор за извършване на СМР дейности заложени по проекта, като същите ще стартират след одобрение на проектното предложение от страна на "Управляващия орган". Заложените дейности са описани подробно в бюджета на проектното предложение, както и в количествено стойностната сметка, неразделна част от проекта.
Мати ЕООД, в лицето на представляващия го Иван Кисов залага в настоящото си проектно предложение изграждане два етапа на проектиране и СМР, в землището на село Каравелово, общ Карлово. Първи етап е "Животновъден обект-прицеферма и ослужващи звена", в който е етап изграждането на първият подобект е започнало, а именно "Ферма за патици", обект на настоящото проектно предложение от този етап са следните подобекти:
1.Административно-битова сграда със санитарно-хигиенен филтър - 159,98 кв. м
2. Портиерна - контейнер с размери 7,20 кв. м
3. Ажурна ограда - 825 линейни метъра
Вторият етап на инвестиционния проект, който е изцяло обект на проектното предложение, се състои от разширение на птицеферма и обслужващи звена със следните подобекти:
1.Ферма за патици-разширение със сграда за гушене, който се състои във две огледални сгради, всяка от които 846,26 кв. м
2. Резервоар за течен тор - 235 куб. м
