In the agricultural holding of ET "BIVIEM - BANKO IVANOV" 2 720 decares of agricultural land are managed and cultivated in the lands of the village of Hrishteni, the village of Bogomilovo, the village of Malka Vereya and the town of Stara Zagora, municipality Stara Zagora. The object of the project proposal will be the cultivation of agricultural land and cultivation of cereals in the amount of 1,220 decares in the land of Stara Zagora. The farm grows mainly cereals - cereals (soft and durum wheat, corn, variety and sunflower). Under the current procedure, apply for the purchase of new equipment - 2 pcs. irrigation systems with the respective equipment (pump units and mobile pipes), 1 pc. tractor with the respective digitized equipment, 1. pcs. precision seed drill, 1 pc. precision fertilizer, 1 pc. precision sprayer. The investment will lead to the improvement of the overall activity of the agricultural holding, will create better working conditions, as well as will increase the competitiveness of the agricultural holding. The new technology emits less harmful emissions, which will improve environmental protection. Irrigation facilities will significantly increase the yield and quality of products.
In addition, faster and timely implementation of agro-technical measures will be achieved and the cost of production will be significantly reduced, due to the reduction of costs for fuel and lubricants and repairs of old and depreciated agricultural machinery.
