The current project proposal is for the construction of a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 199.80 kWp for the production of electricity required for the production process for the processing of pork and beef. The products that are laid out in the business plan according to the technological plan require a significant amount of electricity, with the increased prices of electricity in recent years, the production is significantly more expensive and becomes more and more difficult to realize on the market. An installed capacity of 199.80 kWp is sufficient for the processing of carcass pork and beef. The determined power is based on the existing machines, equipment and refrigeration installations, which are the main consumer of electricity. The current project proposal was prepared after receiving an analysis of the need for the consumed electrical energy.
