GREEN PARK - INVEST 2010 Ltd is a long-term agricultural producer, which has an approved, implemented and paid project for construction of a heated greenhouse complex with a hydroponic system in plot 78639.6.8, Zyumbiliata area, in the village of Tsarkva, municipality Balchik, region Dobrich. The greenhouse has a cultivation area of 5384 sq.m. adding to it the area of 403 sq.m. of the seedling compartment, which is also used for growing the planted crops or the total area of the existing greenhouse is 5787 sq.m. Under the current project, the applicant wants to expand the greenhouse by building a new one. The project consists of the following: Hangar 4 with an area of 600 m2 will be built for storage of finished products and a greenhouse block A1 of 2732.4 m2, including HVAC system, as well as a photovoltaic installation, ensuring the operation of the greenhouse during the day. At the first stage, a system for biomass preparation is envisaged, as well as additional equipment for the seedling room. The greenhouses will grow tomatoes and cucumbers using modern hydroponic technology, which ensures optimal growth, development and productivity regardless of soil and external climatic conditions. The following automated equipment is also provided for the new greenhouse: electronic microclimate control system; Precision digital irrigation and fertilization system, Precision digital plant protection system; CO2 dosing system; SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
