This project proposal is aimed at building a new processing plant and purchasing technological equipment in the Fruit and Vegetables sector. In particular, the investment intention is to set up an enterprise to process mainly its own agricultural products. According to the elaborated technological project, the end products will be baked peeled frozen pepper, frozen raspberries and potatoes blanched frozen as of the total volume of necessary agricultural raw materials for each of the forecast years of the business plan the applicant will provide over 65% raw materials of own production. This applies to peppers and potatoes while raspberries shall be purchased from other suppliers.
