The project envisages the modernization of the agricultural farm, consisting of walnut plantations - 104,672 decares.
The main investment is related to the construction of an outbuilding for the needs of the activity - for storage of agricultural products and agricultural machinery.
The designed building has an area of 191 sq.m. and is located on agricultural land - in the orchards themselves. It is envisaged that the building will be supplied with electricity from an autonomous photovoltaic installation, located on the roof of the building with a capacity of 5 kW.
The project also includes the purchase of agricultural machinery - a specialized fruit tractor, mulcher, sprayer, drill and diverter
