The project envisages the deployment of 2 mobile distillation installations, with which the Distillery will utilize 100% of the boiler power and thus increase the efficiency of the enterprise. In addition, the installation of a kit is provided
condenser and Florentine blue oil tank on two more of the lines. This would increase the capacity of the processed raw material from the various essential oil crops for yellow and blue oils. It is also planned to install a 2m 3 hammock, a 250 liter dosing vessel, two filter separators and three mobile (revolving) distillation vessels without lids. This will reduce the duration of the distillation cycle per line. This optimization will increase the capacity of processed raw materials from the Distillery, as well as will allow for timely execution of the distillation process.
It is also planned to build a system for production automation. Automatic regulation of condensate temperature, automatic regulation of cooling water temperature, devices for measuring the flow of steam for distillation and automatic regulation of the duration of the process. The ultimate goal of the automatic regulation systems is to maintain the design parameters of the system, as well as minimize the involvement of service personnel and the possibility of errors and ensure precision in the distillation process. 5 m3 equipped with a steam generator with a capacity of 40 kg / h, a condenser and a Florentine vessel. It is also equipped with a system for cohobation of floral waters from the primary distillate with a capacity of 100 liters / h.
