The Municipality of Veliki Preslav aims to improve the environment of the children in the Snejanka DG, as well as the working environment in the City Hall building in the village of Mostich. By implementing energy efficiency measures "Snezhanka", the municipality aims to retain the young population, which is a prerequisite for raising the business environment and attracting young people, which will lead to an increase in the standard of living in the region. The young population is looking for better living conditions for their children, and this starts from kindergartens. The new measures will lead to the economy of the Municipality of Veliki Preslav, which means that more funds can also be focused on the development of business and tourism. Improving the environment in the town hall in the village of Mostich also aims at better working conditions, which will contribute to the development of the village and to the economy of funds that will be redirected to raise the standard of living of locals.
