Description

The subject of this project is the purchase of new technological equipment, which will be installed in the existing dairy company of DESAN Ltd. in the village of Iskra, Sitovo municipality, Silistra region / rural area /. Technological equipment will increase the capacity of processed milk to 20,000 liters per day. This will also increase the quantity of output produced in the enterprise. The main production that is produced is cow cheese and cheese, but sheep and goat cheese is produced in the plant. Due to the increase of the capacity of the dairy company in the village of Iskra, Sitovo municipality, Silistra district will be built a new local waste water treatment plant.
The project envisages the purchase of the following machines and LWTP of LWTP:
1.Polautomatic plate pasteurizer P = 5000 l / h. Temp Mode (4-50-70-90 - 90/30 ° C).
2.Automatic self-cleaning separator for milk cleaning and demolition. Productivity 5000 l / h.
3.Construction works related to the construction of a local sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 40m3.
