These properties have a lease agreement concluded on 07.02.2022 and the term of the agreement is 7 years from the date of conclusion, i.e. until 07.02.2029. The other four properties have No. 43236.237.6 with area 1,176 decares with intentions to plant plums; No. 43236.237.2 with an area of ​​1,131 decares with the intention of planting plums; No. 43236.245.4 with an area of ​​1,364 decares with intentions to plant plums and No. 43236.247.240 with an area of ​​10,562 decares with intentions to plant plums. These properties have a lease agreement concluded on 17.11.2022 and with a contract term of 8 years from the date of conclusion, i.e. until 17.11.2030.The contracts are notarized and entered in the Registration Agency. The planted plums are the "Stanley" and "Chachanska naibolya" varieties. The planting scheme is 3.2X3 on properties with No. 43236.244.7 and No. 43236.244.8. Number of plants per decare - 104. The rest of the planted plums have a planting scheme of 3.5X3, number of plants - 95. The plums that are intended to be planted will be planted from 01.03.2023 to 30.03.2023. The variety will be "Chachanska Lepotitsa", "Stanley" and "Topend Plus". The planting scheme will be 5X2, 100 plants per hectare. Mr. Mateev does not have his own agricultural equipment.All vegetable growing activities are carried out by external mechanized services. External mechanized services are also used for plant protection measures. The farmer complies with the conditions for maintaining the land in good agricultural and ecological condition (GAEC). An investment will be made in DMA through the purchase of a video surveillance system.
