The mechanization of production is an important factor for the sustainable development of any farm, especially in the field of animal husbandry, whose material equivalent is agricultural machinery, technological equipment, automated systems and technologies aimed at modernization and greening. The provision of high-quality and modern equipment is a condition for raising the technical security of farms and the technological level of the industry as a whole. On the basis of better technical assurance, it is possible to achieve: product restructuring of production, in line with new market requirements, increase in productivity, competitiveness and sustainability of the agricultural sector, with acceleration of its adaptation to climate change, green economy and digital transformation .The current project proposal is under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.779 of the candidate "OVCEFERMA NINOVI" OOD from Dolni Dabnik. The candidate submits his project proposal according to a procedure through the Dolna Mitropolia - Dolni Dabnik LAG under measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings", within the Community-Led Local Development Strategy (CDL) of the Dolna Mitropolia - Dolni Dabnik LAG, in connection with the implementation of sub-measure 19.2 "Implementation of operations within strategies for community-led local development" of measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the RDP 2014-2020. The activity of "OVSEFERMA NINOVI" Ltd. is breeding of dairy sheep of the Asaf breed and production of quality raw sheep's milk in a registered livestock facility with No. 5870-0231. He has a Certificate for the registration of a livestock facility No. 1/11.01.2022, issued by the ODBH of the city of Pleven and registration in accordance with Ordinance No. 3 of 1999.
It is planned to purchase a Keenan brand feed-distributing mixing trailer, model MF320, with a volume of 14 m3 and an EMILY brand feed bucket with a volume of 1.90 m3.

„Повишаване на конурентоспособността на овцеферма, част от територията на МИГ Долна Митрополия -Долни Дъбник“ : Настоящият инвестиционен проект и неговото изпълнение има за цел да бъде внедрена в животновъдното стопанство на кандидата: система за повишаване на селскостопанската производителност, обем на продукцията и по-ефективно използване на ресурсите във връзка с производство на качествено сурово овче мляко.
Стопанството е разположено в град Долни Дъбник- селски район, част от територията на МИГ Долна Митрополия – Долни Дъбник. Чрез подпомагане по процедурата ще се внедрят инвестиции в материални активи, които ще доведат до конкурентоспособно и устойчиво животновъдство, опазващо околната среда.
С цел обезпечаване на нуждите на развиващо се стопанство, с основна дейност отглеждане на млечни овце от породата Асаф, кандидатът е избрал да закупи, описаните в таблица 1 на БП и в секция 5 от бюджета от ФК, активи, с които ще се подпомогнат дейностите по отглеждане на млечните животни.
Проектната инициатива е подадена по процедурата в срока на приема, като са спазени всички условия за кандидатстване. Всички оферти от доставчици /изпълнители по проекта са на база избор между три оферти, изготвено решение и договор. Документите за приложени в секция 12. Прикачени документи от ФК в ИСУН 2020.
