The present project envisages construction and implementation of high technology equipment of a new plant for production of biologically certified tea under innovative “Ayurveda” technology. For this purpose, the applicant has signed a contract for the purchase of biologically certified raw materials of lavender, lemon balm and fennel, which make up about 99.8% of the tea mix. In addition, the company plans to release lower quantities of conventional rose hip and salvia, whose sales are more focused on marketing and advertising of produced bio products and their high quality. The company will apply a brand-new tea-making technology for Bulgaria, including the use of carbon dioxide for disinfection, which achieves an extremely high output of the end product meeting the requirements of certification bodies outside Bulgaria, such as the future company's intentions - to export, producing a product that meets the high requirements and standards of the market. The current project envisages the construction of a production building, a vertical planning, a septic tank, fire tanks, openwork fence, as well as supply and installation of technological equipment.
