It is planned to develop a farm in the field of greenhouse vegetable production. For this purpose, it is planned to install additional greenhouse areas in the amount of 0,1232 ha. The total greenhouse area on the farm will reach 0,3100 ha. The main crop in the greenhouses will be tomatoes. It is planned to restructure the property occupied with tomatoes in the first place, for which purpose they will be dropped and the new greenhouse areas will be installed in their place. After the installation of the new greenhouse constructions, no more set-aside will be maintained on the farm. Areas with cherries will remain unchanged. The implementation of the business plan will start in the first economic year with the completion of training for the acquisition of professional skills and competencies in the field of agriculture. Additionally, during the first business year, the applicant will take a course related to the protection of environmental components. In the second economic year, the applicant will modernize the production process by putting into operation a meteorological station, which will be located in the properties occupied by cherries. This will improve the adaptation of the farm to market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Agriculture will become more competitive. With the new volumes of production, an opportunity will be sought for concluding more advantageous contracts for the purchase of the products in bulk. The farmer will declare each year the areas he cultivates for support under the direct payment and other support schemes applicable to his farm for which he is eligible.
