The current investment project under measure 4.1 Investments in agricultural holdings of the "Rural Development Program 2014-2020" is aimed at:
• creation of perennial plantations of 130 decares of strawberry, Zenga Zengana variety.
• Purchase of agricultural machinery for their cultivation.
Until now, the farm mainly breeds animals, but with this plantation new markets are opened for the company to operate.
The described production equipment in the farm creates conditions for the optimal implementation of agro-technical measures for growing perennials and harvesting the finished product.
The investment in new equipment, subject of the present project under Measure 4.1. of the RDP, will allow the necessary activities to be carried out in optimal time, which is a major factor in achieving higher quality and quantity of production.
The possibility, part of the costs for modernization and expansion of the farm to be financed under Measure 4.1. of the "Rural Development Program 2014-2020" further stimulates the farmer to prepare and implement the investment program for the purchase of specialized agricultural machinery.
The project proposal includes an application form, business plan, technical, financial-accounting and declarative information and other applicable documents, according to the requirements of Procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.012 under Measure 4.1. of the Rural Development Program (2014 - 2020).
The business plan reflects the production program of the entire activity of the farm, indicates the economic and financial condition of the applicant, as an analysis of its activities and reflects the forecasts for the development of the farm in this sector.

създаване на 130 дка ягодово трайно насаждение и закупуване на земеделска техника и оборудване за отглеждането му: Настоящият инвестиционен проект по мярка 4.1 Инвестиции в земеделските стопанства от „Програмата за развитие на селските райони 2014-2020 година” е насочен към:
• създаване на трайни насаждения от 130 дка ягода, сорт Зенга зенгана.
• Закупуване на земеделска техника за тяхното отглеждане.
Осъвременяването на производственото оборудване е необходима дългосрочна стратегия за прилагането на модерни решения в земеделието, което ще повиши възможността да се поддържа високо ниво на конкурентоспособност на стопанството. Настоящият проект е част от стратегията за разширяване на стопанството като стремежът е да се обезпечи стопанството с достатъчно адекватно техническо оборудване.
Инвестицията в ново оборудване, предмет на настоящия проект по Мярка 4.1. от ПРСР, ще позволи необходимите дейности да се извършва в оптимални срокове, което е основен фактор за достигане на по-високо качество и количество на произвежданата продукция.
