AGROL ECOINVEST Ltd. is a leading agricultural producer of organic products in the region and in the country. At present the company manages over 1000 decares. massifs with orchards - prunes. From 2021, the company puts into operation a plant for processing fruit in an organic way.
The implementation of this project expands the assortment structure of the company and adds more added value to the raw material - organically certified prunes. High-efficiency modern machines and equipment are planned for delivery in order to automate and modernize the production processes for the processing of prunes, namely:
- Automatic drying chamber with electronic control
- Automatic blancher water, electric with electronic control
- Table with board and lighting
- Pruner for prunes
- Box pallet
- Set of instruments and analysis systems
In view of the energy supply of the production, an investment in an autonomous photovoltaic installation for own needs with a capacity of about 400 kWp is also planned.
With the implementation of the project, the candidate undertakes to maintain the average number of staff for 2020 and to create a new job.
The implementation of the investment will improve the production of AGROL ECOINVEST Ltd., will reduce the cost of production and will improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the investment will increase energy efficiency and reduce the negative impact on the environment. All investments in the project are related to sustainable and digital economic recovery.
By acquiring and implementing the planned investments and project activities in innovative technologies for the company, through digitalization and automation will improve and increase the level of automation of production and organizational processes compared to the present.
The applicant envisages 100% processing and production of raw materials and biologically certified products.
