AGROLAND EOOD is the owner of a livestock farm-cowshed with No. 7705800094 (veterinary registration 2933-0443), located on the land of the town of Hadjidimovo, Hadjidimovo municipality, Blagoevgrad district. This project proposal aims to modernize a livestock farm for dairy cows by building a cow farm in PI 77058.5.217, Petrovata, Hadjidimovo, region. Blagoevgrad.
For the complete construction of the livestock farm a technical investment project has been prepared, which envisages the performance of the following construction and installation works:

With this project proposal, only the construction of the Food Storage Warehouse, the construction of the fertilizer lagoon and the construction of an openwork fence are applied for. The applicant will finance with its own funds the activities for construction and installation work for construction of a disinfection site, checkpoint, building for milking parlor, household and maternity ward, stable for dairy cows, carcass point, two latrine pits, water meter shaft and tank for PPN and purchase of technological equipment for the cow farm.
"AGROLAND" Ltd. raises dairy cows mainly from breeds of black-colored - Holstein and Simmental. These breeds have very good characteristics. The applicant is expected to raise 158 dairy cows. This capacity will accordingly be maintained until the 10th year of the business plan. The born calves will be used to replace the herd, and some of them will be sold.
The total amount of the investment under the present project proposal is BGN 976,250.14 without VAT.

Кандидатът ще финансира със собствени средства дейностите за СМР за изграждане на дезинфекционна площадка, КПП, сграда за доилна, битова част и родилно, обор за дойни крави, трупосъбирателен пункт, две изгребни ями, водомерна шахта и резервоар за ППН и закупуване на технологично оборудване за кравефермата.
