Alberto Yordanov Uzunov is a natural person, he is registered as a farmer in the Regional Department of Agriculture in Ruse under Ordinance No. 3 for the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers. The applicant for support under measure 6.3 develops agricultural activity on the territory of the village of Bazan, Rousse municipality, Rousse district. Currently, according to an up-to-date questionnaire and data from the information system of the BFSA, it raises 105 dairy sheep. The initial economic size of the agricultural holding is EUR 7677.05 SPO. The current agricultural activity is aimed entirely at raising small ruminants for milk production and sale of meat offspring. In order to adapt the farm and achieve sustainability, the business plan for the development of the farm provides for certain activities and actions. In the process of realization of the set program and at the moment of inspection the agricultural holding will have an increase of the economic amount of 2000 euro SPO. An investment will be made to replace the existing fence in order to improve and ensure the maintenance of biosecurity on the farm. The farmer will maintain his farm in accordance with the applicable European Union standards relating to the supported activities. The implementation of the business plan will start within nine months after signing the contract for approval under sub-measure 6.3. In connection with the improvement of knowledge, two trainings will be passed - one including at least 8 lessons on a topic (s) related entirely to the prevention and / or overcoming of a complicated epizootic situation, including the improvement of biosecurity on the farm and at least 8 lessons on the main problems of environmental protection in agriculture. The other training will be a 30-hour course in agriculture.
