The farm is plant-growing and is located on the land of the village of Malchika, municipality. Levski, obl. Pleven. The farmer cultivates 4,700 decares of properties located within the boundaries of the settlement, leased with a 7-year contract, notarized and registered with the Registry Agency. During the current marketing year, 2,700 decares of apples and 2,000 decares of pears will be planted. Mrs. Grigorova does not own her own agricultural machinery, it is used by other farmers in the region. External services are also used for plant protection measures.
The conditions for maintaining the land in good agricultural and ecological condition (GAEC) are observed. The cultivated area is not registered in IACS, as there is still no minimum allowable amount of 5,000 decares.
The farmer meets the requirements for application under sub-measure 6.3 "Start-up aid for the development of small farms" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the RDP 2014-2020.
