The project proposal is for the purchase of tangible assets in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. The project envisages the purchase of a semi-automatic tray sealer, a brewing and smoking chamber and a refrigerated van. The semi-automatic tray sealer is made by ILPRA model FP 400 V/G. The Traysealer is for sealing plates with three modes of operation: with gluing; vacuum; vacuum and gas.The machine is equipped with a 63m3 BUSCH vacuum pump and gas and vacuum valves directly connected to the die. Thanks to the PROGAS system, the machine achieves very low residual oxygen values and high productivity. The packaging technology with tight adhesion of the foil to the shape and contour of the plate and the product preserves its freshness and natural appearance without deforming or damaging it. The project involves the purchase of a chamber for cooking and smoking meat and meat products with hot smoke. The camera is made by MAUTING, type UKM 2001.E. The camera is electrically powered, equipped with a trolley with a special reinforced floor. The maximum temperature during the heat treatment is 105 – 110℃ at a relative air humidity of 98%. The camera meets all the requirements and standards of the European Union. The project also includes the purchase of a truck with specialized equipment (refrigerated compartment), which will be used for the distribution of the finished product. By Citroen company model Jumper FT Control 35 L2H2 2.2 Blue HDI 140 BVM6 S&S E6.3. Its power is 140 hp, engine volume is 2179 cubic cm. The gearbox is a six-speed manual. The volume of the cargo space is 11.5 cubic meters. It is equipped with the latest ecological engine made according to the standards of the European Union. The refrigerating compartment is equipped with class "A" thermal insulation and a refrigerating unit. The planned investments in the project will lead to an improvement in the productivity and competitiveness of MELMAK Ltd.

Закупуване на машини и хладилен бус: Фирма "МЕЛМАК" ООД е създадена през 2006 година с основна дейност преработка на бяло и червено месо. За разширяване на своята дейност и подобряване на качеството на продукция дружеството възнамерява да инвестира в машини и специализирано транспортно средство. В проекта е заложено закупуване на камера за варене и опушване на месо и месни продукти с горещ дим. Циркулационната система на въздуха в камерата осигурява равномерно разпределение на температурата до всяка точка от камерата, като по този начин се осигурява ефикасна обработка на продуктите, минимални загуби и оптимизиране на времето за термообработка. Другата машина, която се предвижда да се закупи по проекта е трейсийлър за запечатване на тарелки с три режима на работа: с лепене; вакуум; вакуум и газ. Изработена е от неръждаема стомана AISI 304. Управлението на машината се осъществява чрез контролен панел.В проекта е заложено и закупуване на товарен автомобил със специализирано оборудване (хладилно отделение), който ще се използва за дистрибуцията на готовата продукция. Буса е оборудван с антиблокираща система на колелата, електронна стабилизираща програма, система подпомагане на внезапно спиране. Оборудван e с най-новия екологичен двигател изработен по стандартите на Европейския съюз и шестстепенна ръчна скоростна кутия. Специализираното оборудване е хладилна система, която поддържа температура 0℃. Хладилното отделение е оборудвано с термоизолация клас „А“ и хладилен агрегат.
