ZP Julian Ivanov Mitrev has been engaged in agriculture since 2018. In the same year he was registered for the first time as an agricultural producer under Ordinance № 3 of 1999. to establish and maintain a register of farmers. The investment intention of the PA is aimed at the cultivation of the following agricultural crops, entered in the Questionnaire and drawn in IACS: greenhouse tomatoes, greenhouse cucumbers, fallow land and other vegetables. For the Farmer it is essential to achieve a high quality agricultural product at low production costs allowing to achieve high competitiveness in the market.
The investment intention of PA Julian Ivanov Mitrev is aimed at improving the overall material base of the agricultural holding through the purchase of new high-tech equipment and improving the quality of agricultural products. The investment that the management of the company intends to make consists of:

At the moment, the agricultural producer manages to maintain the farm through external services and old morally depreciated equipment. To achieve the goal, namely to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural market on the cereals market, ZP Julian Ivanov Mitrev intends to apply with this project for the purchase of new modern agricultural machinery. The purchase of the machinery and equipment under this project aims to improve the activity of the agricultural holding, increase the competitiveness by modernizing the production conditions, contributing to the production of high quality products at low cost. The purchase of the agricultural machinery envisaged under the project is a prerequisite for reducing the emissions of harmful substances, protection of environment and improving resource efficiency in agriculture.

Предвиденият за закупуване трактор ще се използва ежедневно и целогодишно в стопанството на ЗП Юлиан Митрев. Това е така, тъй като той ще бъде включен във всички процеси по обработка на почвата и културите върху нея. По-конкретно, към него ще бъдат прикачени фреза, плуг, торачка, челен товарач и пръскачка. Също така, тракторът, който земеделецът иска да си закупи е с 24 к.с. По отношение на торачката, мероприятията и по торене, ще се реализират 3 пъти в годината: м. септември-октомври; края на м. февруари; м.март и април. Относно пръскачката, тя ще бъде използвана от началото на сезона и чак до есента. Ориентировъчно обаче, времето за пръскане е предвидено за месеците март, април и май-минимум. Що се отнася до плуга, той ще бъде използван през началото на месеците март, април и май. Челният товарач пък, ще бъде използван целогодишно.
