The current investment intention of ET "" KALIVANA - IVANKA GEORGIEVA "" includes the new construction of "" Farm building for storage of agricultural products and inventory in Regulated Land VI, quarter 60, land in the village of Kamenets, Municipality of Straldzha "" for storage of essential oil crops, namely coriander. Through this investment, the applicant aims to achieve optimization of production costs by renovating the warehouse space on the farm and improving the quality of production. The most important principles in crop production will be achieved - tillage and harvesting in optimal conditions and compliance with technological deadlines for this crop. The implementation of these basic principles in agriculture will inevitably lead to higher efficiency, cost optimization and increase the quality of production and environmental protection. The quantity of coriander production envisaged for production is certified as organic.
The planned capacity of the coriander storage warehouse, according to the prepared technical designs and the explanatory note by a qualified person is 300 tons.
