With this project proposal, KRUM GEROV TM EOOD provides for the construction of a milk processing enterprise in property № 025013, the "Sheynovoto" site, the village of Borovo, the municipality of Gotse Delchev, Blagoevgrad region.
According to the project, the company will produce white cheese, yellow cheese, cottage cheese, butter, pasteurized cow's milk.
Upon implementation of the project, the company will accept and process a maximum of 7000 l/per day raw milk.
The annual production capacity is:
• Up to 147tonnes white cheese- for 250 working days per year
• Up to 37.5 tonnes of yellow cheese - 125 working days per year
• Up to 250tonnes yoghurt - 125 working days per year
• Up to 125tonnes fresh pasteurized milk - 125 working days per year
• Up to 8.75tonnes cow butter - 125 working days per year
• Up to 8 tonnes cottage cheese - 125 working days per year
The present project proposal envisages the construction of a production building, the implementation of vertical planning and landscaping activities, the construction of a fence and the purchase of technological equipment. The total value of the investment amounts to BGN 3 807 339.45.

Внедряване на нови продукти, процеси и технологии: С настоящото проектно предложение, „КРУМ ГЕРОВ ТМ” ЕООД предвижда изграждане на млекопреработвателно предприятие в имот № 025013, местност „Шейновото“, землище на с. Борово, община Гоце Делчев, област Благоевград.
Съгласно заданието в проектираното предприятие ще се произвеждат бяло саламурено сирене (БСС), кашкавал, извара, масло, кисело и прясно пастьоризирано мляко от краве мляко.
След реализацията на проекта в предприятието ще се приемат и преработват максимално дневно 7000л. сурово мляко.
Производствения годишен капацитет, при едносменна работа е :
