The purpose of this project is to present a solution for the major renovation of the building of the "Zvanche" DG, Stamboliyski, in order to introduce measures to improve the energy efficiency of the site.
The building, object of the current project, is located in the town of Stamboliyski and is located in its own plot, with free access to the street. The building is two-storey, with a basement. The purpose of the premises on both levels is for study rooms, administration and sanitary facilities. The building has two entrances from the north and south facades and a separate entrance, with a ramp, to the basement. To the entrances of the building, there are built external terraces with stairs, which are for the most part with an intact appearance and construction. The areas of the terraces with defects and gaps in the plaster should be strengthened and restored.
The present project presents a decision to repair the building of the kindergarten, in order to improve its energy efficiency. The measures envisaged include:Installation of a thermal insulation system of EPS on all facade walls; Making a thin layer of decorative plaster; Thermal insulation of the under-roof space with mineral wool; Replacement of old wooden windows with new PVC; Installation of photovoltaic panels on a roof; Restoration of compromised plasters on external stairs.
The installed DC power for the current PV plant is 49.95kW, with the plant sized to support the electricity supply to the site during daylight hours. The control is automatic and depends on the parameters of the electricity distribution network. In order to maximize the lightness of the construction, the panels will be installed on the roof of the structure. The construction is dimensioned and conforms to the existing constructions of the buildings and terrain, according to the current regulatory framework.

Въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградата на ДГ "Звънче", гр. Стамболийски: Проектното предложение предвижда въвеждането на редица мерки, които ще спомогнат за подобряването енергийната ефективност на обекта. Предвидените мерки се изразяват в поставяне на топлоизолационна система от EPS по всички фасадни стени, направа на тънкослойна декоративна мазилка, направа на топлоизолация на подпокривно пространство с минерална вата, подмяна на стара дървена дограма с нова PVC, монтиране на фотоволтаични панели по покрив, възстановяване на компрометирани мазилки по външни стълби. В проекта се предвижда поставяне на фотоволтаични панели, които имат за цел да облекчат разхода на електроенергия в сградата.
Ремонт и преустройство на вътрешни помещения не се предвижда. Запазва се съществуващото положение на козирките, с ламаринена обшивка, тъй като тяхното състояние е добро.
Кумулативно всички тези мерки ще допринесат за ефективното използване на ресурсите и подпомагане на прехода към нисковъглеродна и устойчива на изменението на климата икономика. В допълнение на това ще спомогне и за по-добри показатели за техническите изисквания към енергийните характеристики на сградата.
