The project is developed for application under sub-measure 4.1.2 "Investments in agricultural holdings under Thematic sub-program for development of small farms" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020. The sector is fruit growing . The investment is for the purchase and commissioning of agricultural machinery - a tractor. The arable area of ​​the farm is located on sloping terrain.In this regard, the tractor needed for the farm is wheeled, with a cab and with a power range up to 50 hp, running system - 4 x 4 and three-point hitch system, in order to work on sloping terrain and in between rows of perennials. . The investment will be used for mechanized processing / plowing, cultivation and mowing of orchards and transport of finished products /. Last but not least, the investment is necessary due to the fact that the terrains in the area of ​​the farm are far from the settlement and are difficult to access.The agricultural machinery will be included in the agro-technical measures in the cultivation of the soil and the cultivation of perennial plantations of plums in the area of ​​11,000 decares. The agricultural machinery will be put into operation immediately after its purchase. The value of the investment offer requires a procedure for selection of a contractor with a public invitation by the applicant, according to Decree № 160 of the Council of Ministers of 01.07.2016 to determine the rules for consideration and evaluation of offers and conclusion of contracts, as the value of the selected assets is higher than BGN 30,000 without VAT.Within 90 calendar days from the conclusion of this contract, the beneficiary should select a contractor for the project costs, which require a procedure under Chapter Four of ZUSESIF and Council of Ministers Decree № 160.
