The farm has enough agricultural land for its development. Vegetable crops - head cabbage - will be grown on the fallow areas with an area of 3,500 decares. Agriculture will be developed in vegetable production. The greenhouse vegetables will be restructured before the first economic year, which will start the implementation of the business plan. During the second economic year the farm will be modernized with the introduction of LED lighting in the greenhouses
