AGRI HOLDING EOOD is a company that has been developing its activity in the field of grain production for more than 9 years on the territory of Varbitsa municipality. The agricultural holding is mainly engaged in the production of agricultural products and the division of the produced and sold crops are: soft wheat, corn for grain; sunflower and rapeseed.
The main goal of the project is to improve the overall activity of the agricultural holding by putting into operation of economical and highly productive agricultural machinery, which will provide the necessary technical capacity for cultivation of the agricultural areas.
The project proposal envisages investment in a tractor, together with the necessary receiver, control and activation for precision farming, purchase of a folding disc harrow, pneumatic braking system for tractor trailers, fertilizer including the necessary complete set and grain cooler (air conditioner) for cooling grain in silos and flat warehouses. Given the planned increase in electricity consumers, the goal is to optimize electricity costs by building a small photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 53 Kw, which will cover the needs of the company.
Effective cultivation requires the use of a higher class technique with greater power and capacity. To achieve this goal AGRI HOLDING EOOD intends to apply for the first time, with this project, under sub-measure 4.1 Investments in agricultural holdings of measure 4 Investments in tangible assets of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
The assets to be purchased are fully compliant with the production capacity of the company as well as with European and international standards and norms. For the purposes of this business plan, all forecast data from the first to the tenth year of Part III of the Financial Plan are made on the basis of 6 300 decares on which, in fact, agricultural machinery will be used.

Дейност по внедряване на нови продукти, процеси и технологии и обновяване на наличните производствени материални и/или нематериални активи: Постигането на поставената проектна цел, а именно внедряване на нови продукти, процеси и технологии и обновяване на наличните производствени материални и нематериални активи от Агри холдинг ЕООД ще бъде постигната чрез закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на следните активи:
1. Трактор, заедно с необходитемите приемник, контролер и активация за прецизно земеделие;
2. Сгъваема дискова брана;
3. Пневматична спирачна система за ремаркета за трактори,
4. Торачка, включващата необходимото пълно окомплектоване;
5. Зърно охладител(климатик) за охлаждане на зърно в силози и плоски складове.
6. Изграждане на малка фотоволтаична централа с мощност 53 Кв, която да покрие собствените нужди на стопанстовото.
От стратегическа важност за дружеството е по-ефективното натоварване на съществуващите мощности и намаляване на производствените разходи по посока модернизиране на селскостопанското производство, което да позволи нарастване на конкурентноспособността му при целесъобразно използване на притежаваните ресурси. Основният проблем при производството е спецификата на региона - голяма част от имотите са разпръснати и се намират във високопланиснки и/или необлагодетелствани райони. За стопаснакта 2019/2020, обработваните площи са били разпръснати в рамките на 10 различни землища. Това представлява сложен процес по организиране и синхронизиране на производството, коеот от своя страна изисква наличието на много земеделска техника.
