The applicant is an individual who is registered as a farmer in the Agriculture Directorate of Rousse under Ordinance № 3 for establishing and maintaining a register of farmers with initial registration of 17.02.2017. It develops agricultural activity on the territory of the village of Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole, Rousse district and it is entirely cultivated for growing of vegetable crops - greenhouse production and outdoors. The farmer uses 4 properties in regulation. One of the properties is his own, and the rest is used with a lease for a period of 10 years. In order to adapt the farm and increase economic efficiency and competitiveness, it will go to growing greenhouse vegetables entirely. A new greenhouse with a total area of 1,000 acres will be built. All greenhouse vegetables on the farm will be grown in a conventional way. In order to relieve manual work and reduce the use of external mechanized services, a machine - rotorvator will be purchased. The candidate will acquire professional skills and competences and will take part in a course in the field of agriculture. It will also complete a course on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector or participation in information activities on these issues. In view of the increase in greenhouse area, there is a need to hire additional labor. The applicant will create additional employment and one job in the holding.
