The investments under this project proposal include: construction of a warehouse for packaging and sale of prunes, peppers and mushrooms; purchase of the necessary technological equipment; construction of a treatment plant; construction of a photovoltaic system; video surveillance; purchase of refrigeration and cleaning equipment; purchase of specialized transport; purchase of additional technological equipment. The investment will be made in PI №168050, Valevtsi village, land of Stokite village, Sevlievo municipality. The warehouse will package and sell prunes, dried Kladnitsa mushrooms and dried peppers produced on farms that have a certificate of organic production, as well as Kladnitsa mushrooms and prunes produced on the applicant's farm, for which he holds a Certificate of Organic Production. . The applicant has already successfully implemented a project under sub-measure 4.2 of the RDP 2014-2020 for the construction and equipment of a dryer. The processing plant has a certificate for the production of organic products. The aim of the candidate is to continue his tradition of processing and, accordingly, producing only organic products. The investments in the construction and equipment of the warehouse are distributed as follows: 1. Construction of a warehouse for packaging and sale - BGN 953,558.80 without VAT; 2. Technological equipment - BGN 298,600.00 without VAT; 3. Additional technological equipment - BGN 23,151.00 without VAT; 4. Wastewater treatment plant - BGN 38,654.50 without VAT; 5. Photovoltaic system - BGN 49,866.60 without VAT; 6. Software, hardware and video surveillance - BGN 18,751.00 without VAT; 7. Refrigeration equipment - BGN 2,083.33 without VAT; 8. Cleaning equipment - BGN 9647.00 without VAT; 9. Furniture - BGN 10,561.00 without VAT; 10. Specialized means of transport - BGN 49,975.00 without VAT.
The total amount of the project amounts to BGN 1,454,848.23 without VAT.
