This project proposal aims at the development of an entirely plant farm, which manages and cultivates land with a total area of 32,419 decares, of which 14,470 decares - potatoes and 17,949 - natural meadows. The crops are grown using conventional technology. The applicant's farm is located on the lands of the villages of Beli Iskar and Prodanovtsi, municipality of Samokov, region Sofia. During the implementation of the business plan the applicant plans to increase the area of arable land with new 0.450 decares of greenhouse tomatoes, bring the farm in line with European Union Standards for phytosanitary requirements and improve mechanization in the farm by providing the necessary machinery and equipment - acquisition of fixed assets falling within the scope of innovative technologies for the economy. By the selected deadline for checking the implementation of the business plan and the deadline for submitting an application for a second payment, the applicant will acquire the necessary knowledge on major environmental issues in agriculture by receiving a consulting package TA 2 under Sub-measure 2.1.2 of Measure 2 of the RDP 2014 - 2020
