Nelly Bogdanova carries out her agricultural activity in the territory of Gabrovo, Gabrovo municipality, Gabrovo district. During the current business year, 6,700 acres of pruned fruit - plums and 14,300 acres of cherry-tree nuts are grown on the farm. The economic size of the holding is EUR 7968.84 SDR. The utilized agricultural areas are managed under irrigation conditions. There are 8 properties with long-term lease and lease contracts. All contracts are notarized and registered with the Registry Agency. The contracts are registered at the Agricultural Community of Gabrovo. The property on the farm falls entirely in a disadvantaged mountainous area. At present, all areas have undergone a transitional period and are grown on a biological basis. There are no production staff assigned to the farm. Keeps a log of the treatments and used fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances. No risk assessment has been prepared at this time. The activities that the applicant intends to undertake in the coming years of the implementation of the project are related to an increase in the economic size of the holding, as measured in the CSP. In 2021 it intends to purchase 3,000 acres of agricultural land and of that year will create 3,000 acres of new permanent crops with plums. The new plantations will be included in the control and certification contract and the whole farm will be grown organically. In 2021 it will buy a mower. The applicant will continue to keep a log of treatments and used fertilizers, soil improvers and bioactive substances. Will prepare a risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Safety at Work Act. The implementation of the business plan will start within nine months after the signing of the Sub-approval agreement under sub-measure 6.3.
