The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes intentions to grow 24,890 decares of stone fruit species - plums, which he plans to plant in the spring of 2023. The plantations will be grown conventionally. There is no control agreement concluded with a controlling organization. He owns one property, for which he has a Lease Agreement, a coupon for registering the agreement in the Agricultural Cooperative and a sketch. The activity will be carried out on the territory of the land of the village of Gorsko novo selo, Zlataritsa Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo District. The minimum density of plums will comply with the regulatory requirements. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, I will rent agricultural machinery or use outside mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the property. Plant protection preparations and fertilizers are not used or stored on the farm. The requirements for keeping diaries for fertilization and plant protection measures for the property will be observed. The candidate organizes and manages his own activities. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the creation and maintenance of perennial plantations - plums, as 24,890 decares of plums will be created in the period from 15.03.2023 to 14.04.2023, and 5,500 decares of pears will be created in the period 01-30.11.2024. Within 9 months after the signing of the Administrative Contract, a sprinkler worth at least BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2024, the applicant will have completed a course on protecting the components of the environment environment in the agricultural sector, as well as will acquire professional skills and competencies.
