The project aims to introduce new technologies in the production and modernization of physical capital, increase the sustainability, resilience and preparedness of the enterprise for the challenges and opportunities of ecological and digital transition, protection of environmental components, improving yield and quality of agricultural products. Carrying out agro-technical measures in an innovative way and with innovative means will lead to competitive and sustainable agriculture, which "achieves more with less" in harmony with the environment. Durum wheat and barley, barley, rapeseed, alfalfa, coriander and sunflower are grown on the applicant's farm. Part of the area is cultivated in fallow land, and regardless of the preservation of the amount of sown areas with a given type of crop, it is an annual crop rotation. The project proposal is aimed at purchasing machinery and attachments in order to modernize, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of agriculture - as a result of the investments will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural sector, the quality of production - and will introduce innovative approach to the cultivation of cereals and oilseeds. It is planned to purchase:
1. JCB LOADALL 532-60 AGRI telescopic loader
2. Multi-purpose cultivator - stubble OVLAC VERSATILL 400 equipped with a tire roller, prioritized in the evaluation of projects as an investment related to the protection of environmental components and biodiversity - item 1.7 of Annex №1 for compliance of the cost under the Evaluation Criteria № 4.3.
3. Vacuum seed drill MONOSEM NG ME - in accordance with the requirements of criterion 4.4 for precision and intelligent agriculture.
4. TOPCON XD + navigation system, equipped with electric steering wheel, RTK correction and wiring are with a specification in accordance with the requirements of criterion 4.4 for digitization and modernization of production machinery and equipment.

Консултантски услуги за разработване и управление на проекта.: Консултантът е избран чрез проведена процедура по три съпоставими оферти, като е подписан договор за изпълнение с фирмата, дала най-ниска оферта. Консултантските услуги се разделят на два етапа, както следва:
- предварителни - консултиране при разработване на проекта до неговото входиране в ИСУН 2020;
- консултиране при управление на проекта, което ще започне след подписване на договора за финансиране на настоящия проект, и ще продължи до подаване пред ДФЗ на заявка за окончателно плащане за направените разходи.
