This project is applying for funding under the RDP 2014-2020 through the Selection Procedure BG06RDNP001-6.003 - "Development of services in all sectors and other non-agricultural activities" under sub-measure 6.4.1. "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" from the RDP 2014-2020 for reconstruction, change of the purpose, extension of an existing two-floor administrative building in a public laundry and tailoring workshop, with total built-up area of 567 sq.m at the value of BGN 214,929.74 excluding VAT. The purchase of high technology equipment - professional washing machines, dryers, ironing calender, wet and dirty laundry carts and metal racks, is worth BGN 154 710 excluding VAT. Part of the laundry equipment needed to fulfill the technological capacity will be purchased with its own funds from Balkanplod EOOD, for which it will not apply for financing. Sewing machines necessary for carrying out ancillary services to industrial laundry will be purchased with own funds of Balkanplod EOOD and are not part of the investment cost of the company, for which it will apply for a sub-measure grant 6.4.1 The project will be implemented in two stages, the first execution of necessary construction works and the second is the purchase of equipment.
The main purpose of Balkanplod EOOD is the extension of the activity with a new one. So far, the company has been employed in the sphere of agriculture and the cultivation of essential oil and others cultures in the village of Manolovo, Pavel bania. With the realization of the investment will be introduced new production facilities, will be offered 1 new services on the market. In addition to laundry, the company also offers sewing services - adjustments to the laundry, sewing of broken sheets or pillow cases when necessary. These adjustments will be free of charge, complimenting customers included in the dry-cleaning service. The capacity of the laundry facility is 1100kg. dry laundry for one shift.

- Метален стелаж В/Ш/Д: 2000/1000/600мм - 5 бр.
- Перално оборудване и шевни машини - 2 бр., за които то няма да кандидатства за финансиране, а ще ползва собствени средства
Изпълнението на инвестицията е свързана със желанието на дружеството за разширяване на дейността, поради наличието на пазарна ниша в сферата на индустриалното пране в района на общ. Павел баня, т.к. общ. Павел баня става все по-популярна със своите минерални лечебни води сред туристите, търсещи релакс и спа процедури. В района няма достатъчно обществени перални, които да поемат търсенето.
С изпълнението на дейността ще бъдат изпълнени и целите на проекта, а именно:
- Насърчаване на развитието на неземеделски дейности в селските райони;
- Намаляване на сезонните колебания в заетостта;
- Запазване на съществуващите работни места и създаване на нови;
- Въвеждане на нови услуги, процеси и технологии;
- Опазване на околната среда;
