The project proposal includes investments in new machines in an operating meat processing enterprise "ELHOVO MES" EOOD, as follows:
1. Delivery and installation of a machine for washing containers (cassettes) - 1 unit.
2. Delivery of stacker – 1 pc.
The planned investments are part of the long-term strategy of the processing enterprise to renew production facilities, increase labor productivity, optimize production processes and costs in the enterprise. They expand and complement investments already made under another project at the LAG-Elhovo-Bolyarovo.
"ELHOVO MES" EOOD is an active meat processing enterprise, managing a production base, located in the town of Elhovo, municipality of Elhovo in the PI with identifier 27382.77.14.1 on the cadastral map, where the location of the project investments is. "ELHOVO MES" EOOD is entered in the public registry of the BAO of production and trade sites with the identification mark of the manufactured products - BG2805016. It is registered under the Food Act.
The enterprise produces and offers on the market raw-dried sausages, minced meats and their preparations and meat preparations. Production complies with EU Regulation 852/2004 on food hygiene and EU Regulation 853/2004 on determining specific hygiene requirements for food products and EU Regulation 854/2004 which defines the specific rules for organizing official controls on products of animal origin intended for for human consumption.
