The project proposal envisages the reconstruction and reconstruction of an existing business building in a woodworking workshop (before industrial processing of wood) and the construction of a new shed in PI 81050.429.50, Chernovrah village, Tryavna. Technological equipment for the production of beams and boards will also be purchased. The investment proposal will be implemented in an area with a forest density of over 60%, where the logging is possible and will not lead to distortion of the eco-equilibrium.
The producers of beams and boards use round wood for their production. In addition, chemical adhesion is not necessary in the wood production process. The actual beam and plank production process involves processing with specific technological equipment, which is also the subject of the current investment proposal and wood drying is also added to dry wood production.
The workshop is intended for the production of wood-fired materials, drying of boards, as raw material will be used mainly as deciduous wood (beech, oak, lime) as well as coniferous wood. The basic stowage machine is a horizontal band saw for deadwood. For finishing materials, lids and sub-boards, a double-bore saw is used. For drying of wood-fired material, a metal (aluminum and stainless steel) drying chamber of condensation type will be used.
The finished product will be boards, raw (not dried) and dried boards, beams, shuttering boards

СМР по преустройство на стопанска сграда със система за климатизация (самостоятелна сграда) в цех за дървопреработка /преди индустриална преработка на дървесина/ и изграждане на нов навес.: Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на конкурентоспособно производство и създаването на нови работни места, насърчаване на преработката и подобряване маркетинга на горските продукти. Ще бъде изградено модерно и конкурентно способно производство като бъде подпомогнато преустройството на стопанска сграда в цех за преработка на дървен материал, а също и закупуването на нови машини и оборудване за първична преработка на дървесина. С изпълнението на СМР по преустройство на стопанска сграда със система за климатизация (самостоятелна сграда) в цех за дървопреработка /преди индустриална преработка на дървесина/ и изграждане на нов навес ще бъде повишена в голяма степен конкурентноспособността на предприятието, като се развие и завърши производствения цикъл на преработка на дървесина и производство на дъски и греди - сушени и сурови. Изпълнението на проектното предложение ще доведе до ефективно използване на производствените ресурси, като ще се постигне ефикасно производство на фирмата.
