The farm is a plant farm and is located on the land of the village of Bregare, D. Mitropolia municipality, Pleven district. The farmer cultivates 4,250 decares of property located within the settlement. For 1,890 decares there is a lease agreement for a period of 7 years As of the date of submission of the project proposal, 3,650 decares of plums have been planted - the plantations are not in fruiting, another 0,600 decares of plums are to be planted. agricultural machinery, used by other farmers in the area, and external services are also used for plant protection measures.
The conditions for maintaining the land in good agricultural and ecological condition (GAEC) are observed. When the perennials come into full fruition, the farmer plans to sell the products to wholesalers. The expected price per kilogram of plums is BGN 0.80.
The farmer meets the requirements for application under sub-measure 6.3 "Start-up aid for the development of small farms" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the RDP 2014-2020.
