The project proposal provides for the renovation of the building of the People's Community Center "Todor Peev - 1871" by introducing the following energy-saving measures - thermal insulation of external walls, thermal insulation of the roof, replacement of windows and doors, energy-saving measures in the generation of heat - heat pump and VOI, boiler room, energy-saving measures for lighting - replacement lighting, delivery and installation of a roof-mounted power plant for own consumption with a total installed capacity of 79.1 kWp. In addition to these measures, the project proposal foresees more activities related to the constructive renovation of the building and mandatory measures resulting from the technical survey. The project also envisages an activity to build an accessible environment for disadvantaged people. The planned activities include the introduction of energy-saving measures on the building and improvement of its operational characteristics. The project proposal addresses three main aspects of needs related to reducing final energy consumption, improving living comfort, providing better working conditions for employees and providing a better microclimate for visitors. The project was prepared in accordance with the energy saving measures provided for in the developed energy survey report, prepared technical passport of the building and the current legal norms. The maintenance of the public building infrastructure is a priority of the municipality. This also corresponds to the ever-increasing needs and expectations of modern society for quality educational and public services.
Through the energy-efficient renovation, significant savings will be achieved on the municipality's energy costs.
