The subject of the present project proposal of A 01 EOOD is the purchase of 1 machine for straightening and cutting of reinforcing steel, which will be used for the production of reinforcement products, intended entirely for the "Construction" sector.

The implementation of the project will satisfy the following needs:
• Increasing the production capacity and increasing the quality
• Increasing the market presence and the company's revenues
• Reduction of production costs for raw materials

The purchase and commissioning of a brand new machine for straightening and cutting fittings will ensure high productivity, which in turn will contribute to low production costs per unit of product. At the same time, the new equipment leads to an increase in quality by achieving much better precision and accuracy in the manufacture of products and reduce waste.

The aim is to increase efficiency by reducing production costs, thereby increasing profits and hence economic profitability indicators.
After the implementation of the project, 1 person will be appointed with an 8-hour working day and a five-day working week to the position of "Armaturist" for the production of reinforcement blanks to assist in the implementation of the activity.

The expected result from the implementation of the project proposal is development of a micro-enterprise from the non-agricultural sector on the territory of LAG Momchilgrad - Krumovgrad and renewal of the available production tangible assets of the company, which will make it economically profitable and competitive in the sector.
