Farm will be developed in the field of vegetable production. No increase in arable land is envisaged. The fallow land will be planted with melons in the second marketing year, with pre-culture growing - spinach in part of the open air before planting the melons as the main crop. Watermelons will be bred throughout the business plan implementation period. Implementation of the business plan will start in the first business year with the implementation of crop cultivation activities and with the purchase of a tractor with attached equipment for the needs of the farm. All necessary agrotechnical crop cultivation activities will continue to be carried out on time. All the requirements of national and European legislation applicable to the economy will be respected. Knowledge in the field of environmental components will be acquired. Opportunities will be sought to conclude lucrative wholesale purchase contracts at higher prices. Farmer will declare annually the areas under cultivation for support under the direct payment and other support schemes applicable to his holding for which he is eligible.
