The applicant's farm is located on the land of Shipka, Kazanlak municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennials are grown: EMK - lavender area of 14,194 decares and oil-bearing rose of 8,402 decares and set-aside land of 4,206 decares. The whole farm is located in a mountainous disadvantaged area. The total amount of arable land is 26,802 decares. All used agricultural properties are the property of the applicant. The cultivated crops are registered in IACS. All the necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantations. There are no employees in the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire such for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the farm at the time of application is 7814.32 euros standard production volume (SPO).
