The applicant's farm is located on the territory of Spasovo village, Chirpan municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennial crops are grown - fruit plums and set-aside land. The total area under cultivation is 14,537. The used agricultural properties are managed with a lease for a period of 15 years, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Chirpan. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The farmer owns his own agricultural machinery for agricultural activities in the farm - tractor and sprayer mounted combination. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the farm grows fruit plums on an area of 10,999 acres and set-aside land on an area of 3,538 acres. The plantations carry out all the necessary plant protection measures for pest control. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 7968.78 standard production volume (SPO).
