The project was developed at the request of the contractor Techniks LTD, Kubrat, in accordance with the issued sketch with a design visa by the Municipality of Kubrat and correspondence letters from the Electricity Distribution - Razgrad, Water and Natural Gas - Kubrat and RIEW - Rousse.
There is a common storage space for receiving and storing the spare parts for repairing and servicing cars and agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as a small household part for dressing rooms and a bathroom for the staff, a rest room and a second level office separated by a reinforced concrete slab and access by a metal staircase.
