The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes cultivation of 15,366 decares of plums, which are organic. There is a contract for control with a controlling organization. He owns two properties for which he has Lease Agreements, coupons for the registration of the contracts in the Agricultural Association - Sevlievo and sketches. The activity will be carried out on the territory of the lands of the village of Batoshevo and the village of Mlechevo from the municipality of Sevlievo, Gabrovo region. The minimum density of plums corresponds to the regulatory requirements. The farmer does not have his own equipment. If necessary, I will rent agricultural machinery or use outside mechanized services. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities built on the properties. Plant protection preparations and fertilizers are not used or stored on the farm. The requirements for keeping diaries for fertilizing and plant protection measures for the properties are observed. The candidate organizes and manages his own activities. No production staff assigned. At the moment, it does not keep accounting records. The activities that are necessary for the restructuring and adaptation of the agricultural holding are related to the maintenance and cultivation in a biological way of the available 15,366 decares of plums. The planned growth will be done by renting 8.00 acres with plums in the fall of 2023. Up to 9 months after signing the Administrative Contract, a sprayer worth BGN 700 will be purchased. By the end of 2023, the candidate will have completed a course on environmental protection in the agricultural sector, as well as acquired professional skills and competencies. The farmer will continue to comply with all standards in his agricultural activity.
