Cossack river. The property is located on the land of Kazashka reka village, close to its northern border. Opposite it is a greenhouse of the same owner, and a road passes between the two properties.The property has three existing buildings, monolithic with prefabricated reinforced concrete structure for agricultural buildings. In the service building № 1 there is a manipulative for sorting the products, a closed warehouse for short-term storage and administration. In the service building № 2 there is a maintenance service, refrigerators and other service rooms. Building № 3 contains service rooms for the staff. The new building of the enterprise is located between these three buildings, on the site of an old orchard. Area of the property 5753 sq. M. Construction 788 sq. M.The technological process passes through the following premises: manipulation, tunnel dryer, buffer room, cleaning and packaging, finished products. Accompanying rooms are a refrigerator for a short stay of products waiting to be dried, a laundry room for carts and grills, a room for packing and packaging materials. The staff will work in one, maximum two shifts. The maximum number of shift workers is 7 women and 4 men. The total maximum number of people in all shifts is 12-14 women and 6-7 men. On this basis, the service rooms and furniture are dimensioned.
