This project envisages the purchase of technological equipment and construction of an autonomous power plant 859.61 kwp for own needs on the roof of an enterprise for processing, cooling and drying of fruits and vegetables in PI 555186.120.220 Paisievo village, municipality. Dulovo, region Silistra.
The main production will be pitted prunes and frozen pitted apricots, which are grown in the candidate's gardens, which are over 200 decares.
The current project explores the possibility to optimize the technological process of prune drying and the construction of an autonomous power plant 859.61 kwp for own needs, which will reduce production costs and achieve a competitive price of the products offered by the applicant.
The production base is close to its own arrays of plum and apricot plantations, which naturally implies low transport costs, and hence lower cost of finished products.
