The farm does not have enough agricultural area for its development. It is planned to increase the cultivated area by renting agricultural land. Agriculture will continue to develop in the field of perennial crops and vegetable production. Potatoes and cabbage will be replaced by growing tomatoes and peppers - open production in the second business year - the year of checking the implementation of the business plan and the third business year. After that, cabbage and potatoes will be grown again as a pre-crop, with the aim of crop rotation and compaction of agricultural areas. Starting the implementation of the business plan no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the administrative contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance will begin with the completion of a course including training on basic problems of environmental protection components in the agricultural sector or participation in information activities regarding these issues. In the second economic year, a minimum of 8,000 decares of land will be leased, which will be prepared through the necessary agrotechnical measures for planting new cherry plantations in the fall. It is planned that they will be created on a wild cherry substrate according to a scheme of 5 x 5 m, which corresponds to 40 trees per hectare. Licensed planting material will be purchased to establish the new orchard. In the second business year, the candidate will modernize and fine-tune the production process by implementing a GPS navigation system for a tractor, which will help to improve the processing and management of the farm areas. A tractor will be hired for the needs of the farm and, more precisely, for carrying out all agrotechnical measures for the cultivation of crops that can be mechanized. The use of GPS navigation will be especially appropriate and necessary when preparing the areas and determining the rows when creating the new cherry plantations.
